Cancelation Policy

We refund internet service provided to households for anything over 30 days upon termination. i.e. Someone that has purchased internet for the quarter and used it for 10 days would be refunded for 90-10-30=50 days In the event a cancelation is not processed it is the customer's responsibility to contact us within the first 30 days for a refund.

Return Policy

Items may be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase with all items intact and with original packaging. Items purchased by cash that are returned on the same day they were purchased will have cash returned. Items purchased by check that are returned on the same day they were purchased will have the check returned. The restocking fee can be paid in which ever manner the customer chooses. Items purchased by cash or check that are returned after the date of purchase will have a check cut and mailed the following business day. Items purchased by credit card will have credit returned on the card. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
