Each of the dogs pictured in these banners represent just a few of the actual dogs that I know are still missing. Dulcie, of course, represents both herself and other dals who have not yet been reunited with their families, and there are many other dogs than the breeds pictured who I hope and pray will be helped by the information that I have compiled.
