The Horace Mann League Print

The Hoarce Mann League Board of Directors authorized the commissioning of a series of prints related to the achievements and ideals of Horace Mann. The purpose of the poster would be for display in public schools and businesses supporting the believes of Hoarce Mann and strong public schools. It is anticipated that a new print will be part of a series of prints to be commissioned over the next five years.

Dr. Ken Bird, chair of the Poster Committee, arranged for a graphic artist to develop six to ten draft prints (24x36 inches) to be reviewed. From that number, three were selected for further development. From the three, one was selected for the first in the series of prints. It is estimated that the framed print of Hoarce Mann will be $150.00.

The framed poster will be on display at the annual meeting.
